    ■Product Introduction

    The mechanical oil mist purifier is an industrial environmental protection device. It adopts physical mechanical separation to efficiently capture oil mist, smoke, water mist and fine particles from production.

    Suitable for CNC machine tools, grinders, lathes, metal cutting, food processing and other machining industries. It improves workshop air quality, protects workers’ health, reduces oil mist-induced equipment wear, and helps enterprises lower environmental pollution.


    ■ Working Principle

    Air contaminated by machine tools is drawn into the pretreatment chamber at the bottom of the unit. The rotating turbine uses centrifugal force and coalescence principle to rapidly condense oil mist into liquid oil. Multi-layer high-efficiency filter cotton captures fine particles and prevents pollutants from spreading in the workshop. The oil drain pipe at the bottom returns the collected oil to the machine tool for recycling.

    This unit is applicable for the filtration and purification of oil mist, water mist, smoke and dust in industries including CNC lathes, grinding machines, machining centers, gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, medium and high-frequency cold & hot forming, and plastic products processing.

    The design allows collected oil mist to naturally flow downwards and converge at the low point, then drain out through the oil guide pipe. It thoroughly avoids oil dirt accumulation at the bottom, keeps the whole machine clean, and improves maintenance efficiency and overall usability.Adopting an electromechanical separation design, the motor is fully exposed for adequate heat dissipation. It also reduces vibration and noise, optimizing overall performance while greatly enhancing the equipment’s appearance and texture.Adopting a unique turbine design, its air intake volume per second is more than doubled compared with similar products under the same power. The powerful air flow greatly boosts purification efficiency.Fully upgraded in material, craftsmanship, filtration area and pleat layers, the filter element can intercept smoke particles and pollutants as small as 0.2μm, deeply remove hydrocarbon chemicals, and its service life is more than doubled compared with similar products.
