    Scheme 1 (Electrostatic Pure Electric Field):

    The horizontal smoke purifier is based on the principle of electrostatic adsorption. Through the dual effects of "high-voltage ionization + low-voltage adsorption and dust collection", it efficiently captures and purifies pollutants such as smoke, oil fume, dust and aerosols in industrial, commercial and household environments. The equipment has three characteristics: high efficiency and energy saving, easy maintenance and wide applicability, which can accurately match the purification needs of multiple scenarios.


    Scheme 2 (Activated Carbon Adsorption Box):

    This equipment is a high-efficiency waste gas treatment equipment integrating three core technologies: primary filter layer, plasma electric field purification and activated carbon adsorption layer.     The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. With an overall compact structure, it can flexibly adapt to small-scale application scenarios with limited space.

    The tower body integrates three core components: a spray system, packing layer and circulating water pump. By optimizing the contact and distribution of gas and liquid, the purification efficiency is greatly improved, generally reaching over 90%.

    The device features compound functions, which can simultaneously remove dust and absorb soluble harmful substances in exhaust gas. It operates stably and reliably with low energy consumption.

    ■ OPERATING PRINCIPLE

    By irradiating waste gas with high-energy ultraviolet rays (dual wavelength of 185 nm / 254 nm), the equipment first decomposes oxygen in the air to generate strongly oxidizing ozone (O₃) and active oxygen radicals (・O). Subsequently, these active substances undergo deep oxidation reactions with pollutants contained in the waste gas, ultimately completely degrading them into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water (H₂O), so as to realize harmless treatment of pollutants.
