The tower is internally integrated with a spray system, packing layer and circulating water pump. Optimized gas-liquid contact and distribution deliver high purification efficiency. The unit provides dual functions of dust removal and absorption of soluble harmful gaseous substances, featuring stable operation and low energy consumption.

■ Working Principle

Dust-laden gas enters the equipment from the bottom and makes countercurrent contact with atomized droplets sprayed downward by the top spray system.Full mixing of gas and liquid phases enables efficient dust purification. Dust settles and separates with the circulating liquid, and the purified gas is discharged in compliance with emission standards.This equipment is recommended to be used together with an electrostatic fume purifier, achieving triple purification effects of smoke removal, dust removal and deodorization simultaneously.
