■Product Introduction

The electrostatic oil mist purifier adopts mechanical and electrostatic dual-stage purification.

Large oil mist particles are first trapped by the filter screen, and the separated oil and water are recycled.The preliminarily treated gas then enters the high-voltage electrostatic field for ionization and decomposition.The corona field decomposes and adsorbs the remaining fine particulate matter, meanwhile generating ozone to achieve sterilization and deodorization effects.

■ Working Principle

Pre-filtering Area:Adopts dual filtration of mechanical structure and stainless steel electric field, intercepting most large oil mist particles. The configuration can be customized as required.

High-voltage Ionization Zone:Electrode wires and pole plates form an electric field, which ionizes fine oil mist particles and makes them electrically charged.

Low-voltage Dust Collection Zone:Charged particles are adsorbed on the electrode plates, condense into oil droplets and then flow into the recovery tank.

Post-filtering Area:High-efficiency filters or activated carbon filters are optional to further enhance the purification efficiency.

This unit is suitable for filtering and purifying oil mist, water mist, smoke and dust in industries such as CNC lathes, grinding machines, machining centers, gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, medium and high-frequency quenching, cold and hot forming, and plastic products processing.
