■ Product Introduction

Centrifugal Oil Mist Purifier is an industrial dedicated air purification equipment. It can capture and separate oil mist, water mist and fine dust generated in mechanical processing (such as metal cutting, CNC machining, etc.).

It efficiently separates oil mist particles in the air by physical centrifugal force. The purified air can be discharged or recycled, which improves the air quality of the workshop and protects workers' health.

■ Working Principle

Contaminated air from machine tools is drawn into the pretreatment chamber at the bottom of the equipment.The rotating turbine adopts centrifugal force and coalescence principle to rapidly condense oil mist into liquid.Multi-layer high-efficiency filter cotton captures fine particles and prevents pollutants from spreading in the workshop.The oil drain pipe at the bottom returns the collected oil to the machine tool for recycling.

This product is applicable for the filtration and purification of oil mist, water mist, smoke and dust in industries such as CNC lathes, grinding machines, machining centers, gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, medium-high frequency quenching, cold/hot forming, and plastic products processing.

Front-end centrifugal treatment reduces the cost of rear-end filter media. The overall price is lower than that of pure filter cotton products, offering higher cost performance.
