Core pain points:1. Solution: Select high-temperature and corrosion-resistant electrostatic oil mist purifier, treat air volume of 9000-11000m³/h, suitable for high-temperature and high-concentration oil mist treatment scenarios. The equipment adopts 95# ceramic high-temperature electric field insulation material, which can operate stably in a high-temperature environment of 80-150°C for a long time, and the plate is coated with Hastelloy, which has a corrosion resistance life of ≥ 5 years, effectively resisting hydrogen chloride gas corrosion. The compound process of "pre-filtration + electrostatic adsorption + activated carbon adsorption" is adopted, which first intercepts large oil droplets and impurities, and then captures fine oil mist particles through high-pressure static electricity, and finally removes VOCs and corrosive odors.
Application effect:1. The oil mist purification efficiency reaches 98.5%, the outlet oil mist concentration ≤ 15mg/m³, and the VOCs removal rate is 92%, which completely solves the problem of oil mist pollution and successfully passes the environmental protection acceptance. 2. The high-temperature and corrosion-resistant design greatly improves the stability of the equipment, the monthly equipment failure rate is reduced to less than 0.1 times, the annual downtime and maintenance loss is reduced by 80,000 yuan, and the service life of the equipment is extended to more than 5 years; 3. 14 tons of waste oil are recycled annually, which can be recycled after treatment, with an annual income of 800,000 yuan, realizing resource recycling; 4.
