The movable filter-type smoke purifier is a high-efficiency purification device specially designed for industrial smoke and dust, welding exhaust gas, grinding dust and harmful gases.
Adopting a filter cartridge structure with diversified models, it can be flexibly selected according to working conditions. It is widely applicable to welding workshops, metal processing, laser cutting, chemical laboratories and other scenarios.
The equipment integrates a pre-filter layer and high-efficiency filter elements. Through multi-stage physical adsorption, it quickly captures and separates smoke particles, fume and toxic gases such as ozone and formaldehyde, and finally discharges clean air.

■ Product Introduction

The movable filter-type smoke purifier is a high-efficiency purification device specially designed for industrial smoke and dust, welding exhaust gas, grinding dust and harmful gases.

Adopting a filter cartridge structure with diversified models, it can be flexibly selected according to working conditions. It is widely applicable to welding workshops, metal processing, laser cutting, chemical laboratories and other scenarios.

The equipment integrates a pre-filter layer and high-efficiency filter elements. Through multi-stage physical adsorption, it quickly captures and separates smoke particles, fume and toxic gases such as ozone and formaldehyde, and finally discharges clean air.

■ Working Principle

After the equipment is started, the built-in centrifugal fan generates negative pressure airflow. It draws smoke, dust, fume and toxic gas into the machine through the waste gas inlet.The exhaust gas first passes through the primary filter cotton to intercept large particles such as sparks and metal scraps (>5μm), extending the service life of the subsequent filter elements.Then the airflow enters the high-efficiency filter (HEPA filter) for deep filtration of particles above 0.2μm and adsorption of gaseous pollutants.The purified air is pressurized by the fan and discharged through the side air outlet.

It is used for purifying smoke, fume and dust generated in working procedures such as welding, polishing, cutting and grinding, as well as recycling rare metals and valuable materials. It can effectively purify a large number of fine metal particles suspended in the air that are harmful to the human body.
