■ Product Introduction

    The smoke purifier is based on the principle of electrostatic adsorption. Through the dual action of "high-voltage ionization + low-voltage adsorption dust collection", it efficiently captures and purifies pollutants such as smoke, oil fume, dust, and aerosols in industrial, commercial, and household environments. Featuring three major advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, easy maintenance, and wide applicability, the equipment can accurately meet purification needs in multiple scenarios.

■ Smoke and Exhaust Gas Purification Process

• Firstly, the air passes through the pre-filter to intercept dust and other particulate matter and balance the airflow.

• Then it enters the high-voltage ionization zone above 12KV, charging particulate matter such as smoke and oil mist.

• Next, it flows through the 200~800V low-voltage adsorption zone; charged particles are adsorbed onto the surface of the dust collection plate, separating aerosols from air, and clean air is discharged finally.

• High-efficiency & thorough purification: It can rapidly decompose odor molecules (such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia) and VOCs (formaldehyde, benzene series, etc.). Particulates are charged by high-voltage ionization and captured by electrode plates in the low-voltage zone, delivering excellent purification efficiency.

• Safe, economical and consumable-free: No chemical additives required; the unit operates only with electricity with no risk of flammability and explosion. Almost no consumables are needed, only UV lamps require regular replacement, greatly lowering operating costs.

• Automatic operation with effortless maintenance: It supports continuous or intermittent operation and realizes automatic oil drainage. No full-time attendant is required. It features simple operation, convenient later maintenance and low running cost.

• Wide compatibility and flexible installation: Suitable for CNC machine tools, machining centers, grinders and other industrial equipment. With compact structure and flexible installation, it will not affect normal workshop production.
